What is the custom pet necklace made from?

The pendant is sterling silver (925) with a hand-engraved pet portrait. The chain is 925 sterling silver and comes in 16" or 18" length. All metal is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

Can you engrave my pet's portrait on a necklace from a photo?

Yes. Upload 3–5 clear photos of your pet at checkout and our engraver will hand-carve the portrait onto the sterling silver pendant. The result is a fine-line engraved likeness, not a printed image.

Does the silver tarnish over time?

925 sterling silver will tarnish with exposure to air and moisture over time, but it's easy to restore with a silver polishing cloth. Store it in the included pouch when not wearing to slow tarnishing.

How long does it take to make a custom pet necklace?

Crafting takes 2–3 weeks. Shipping adds 5–10 business days (US/EU/UK) or 7–14 business days (AU/NZ/Asia). Total is approximately 3–5 weeks door to door.
