Welcome to Furfond. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • By placing an order, you affirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you have the right to use payment methods provided.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion (for instance, due to suspected fraud, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms).

2. Products, Customization, & Pricing

  • All products are custom-made and handcrafted, and may vary slightly in appearance, texture, color, or details — such natural variations are not defects.
  • We may provide you with previews, mockups, or design drafts. You are responsible for verifying and approving these before production.
  • Once you approve the final preview or mockup, we will commence production. Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted beyond that point.
  • Prices are shown in [currency] and do not include shipping, import duties, taxes, or other fees unless explicitly noted.

3. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation before production — You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, before production begins, for a full refund.
  • During / after production — Once production starts or after you approve the preview, cancellations are no longer allowed, except under our Refund & Satisfaction Policy.
  • By approving previews or mockups, you acknowledge that the final product may differ slightly due to handmade processes.

4. Shipping, Risk & Delivery

  • After production, risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and rush fees are generally non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property & User Submissions

  • All content, designs, trademarks, and images on our website belong to us or our licensors. They may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our express permission.
  • When you submit photos, reviews, feedback, customization notes, or other materials (collectively, “User Submissions”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such Submissions in connection with our business (including marketing and product display).
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use the Submissions you provide, and that they do not infringe any third-party rights.

6. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

  • You must not abuse refund or cancellation mechanisms, file false claims, or attempt to “test purchase and return.”
  • You agree not to upload content that is obscene, defamatory, infringing, or illegal.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
  • We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of business, emotional distress, or punitive damages.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the website.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
