How It Works

  1. Receive your order — wait until your custom keepsake arrives.
  2. Leave a review on our product page within 30 days of delivery.
  3. Email us at support@furfond.com with a screenshot of your published review and your order number.
  4. Get cashback within 3 business days — refunded to your original payment method.

Cashback Tiers

Review Type Cashback Requirements
Text Review 3% At least 40 words. Must mention specific aspects of the product (materials, craftsmanship, how closely it resembles your pet, unboxing experience, etc.).
Photo Review 8% At least 30 words + one or more clear photos showing the actual product you received. Side-by-side with your pet or reference photo works best.
Video Review 🏆 20% Post a video (30 seconds or more) to TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. The video must clearly show the product — unboxing, close-up of details, your pet's reaction, or you holding it in hand. Then email the link + a copy of the video + your order number to support@furfond.com. We may feature your content on our website or social media.

Terms & Conditions

  • Cashback is based on the actual amount you paid for the order (after any discounts, excluding shipping).
  • Only the highest applicable tier is paid — tiers do not stack.
  • One cashback per order, regardless of quantity.
  • Reviews must be published within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must email us your review screenshot within 7 days of posting to claim.
  • Cashback is refunded to your original payment method via Shopify.
  • By submitting a review, you grant Furfond a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your review content (text, photos, and videos) across our website, product pages, marketing emails, social media (including Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), paid ads, and any other promotional channels, with or without attribution.

What Does Not Qualify

  • Fraudulent or test orders, orders placed by friends or family on your behalf.
  • AI-generated text, photos, or videos.
  • Content copied from other websites or other customers.
  • Reviews that defame competitors or contain unrelated content.
  • Photos or videos that don't clearly show the product you received.
  • Blurry, heavily filtered, or photo-slideshow-style "fake videos".
  • Generic reviews like "great" or "love it" without specific product details.
